The class sizes are small and allow the curriculum to be differentiated, meeting the individual needs of our students. Those children who need specific support with the English language receive an E.A.L. support programme.
The School has six different sites in Moscow, each site has a different Head teacher and there is a close connection between all the schools and staff. All schools are extremely well resourced with computer suites, science labs, interactive white boards, libraries, music rooms and fully equipped sports and arts facilities.

Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Degree level, PGCE or PGDE
- Recent experience of appropriate professional development towards the role of a Head Teacher of a school
- Significant leadership experience or equivalent in a senior school position
- Evidence in organizational resourcing, financial management, writing and presenting policy, effective partnership working, analysis and evaluation of data and inspirational collaborative leadership
- Experience of managing resources effectively
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of the EYFS - KS 5 level of education, including tracking and monitoring pupil progress
- Knowledge of successful strategies for raising pupil achievement
- Up to date knowledge and strategic view of the current educational landscape
- Full working knowledge of all relevant polices, legislation, codes of practice and guidance related to school leadership
- A clear understanding of the essential qualities necessary for effective leadership
- Communicate effectively with a range of different stakeholders with well-developed interpersonal skills
- Implement successful strategies and manage change effectively
- Collect evidence and research to make sound judgements against set criteria
- Inspire others to commit to a shared purpose and vision
- Lead highly effective teams that are defined by trust, with high levels of commitment and accountability, and are focused on results

Requirements:
Applicants must have a relevant Bachelor degree from a reputable UK or Commonwealth University (or equivalent), Qualified Teacher Status, with either a PGCE or BEd, a minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a maintained, independent or international British style school, and experience of teaching the English National Curriculum at EYFS - KS 5 level. All lessons are taught in English.
