At School 1 for the youngest students, we use an interesting reward system of the Class Dojo interactive app.
The idea of the application is to create a convenient, visual, easily manageable reward system with different roles and access levels for both teachers and parents.
What are the main benefits?
First, in the classroom, the teacher can provide quick feedback to students about their work in the classroom and motivate them to effective learning activities.
Second, in class, children can earn Dojo Points by demonstrating their positive qualities, such as working hard in class, answering during class, being kind and caring, and helping other students.
Every week we sum up the results, and on Friday the kids with the most Dojo points receive a special certificate.
At School 1 we encourage children to develop and help them enjoy learning.
