In the match for 7th-8th place, Mr. Flynn played 2 matches and even won one with a score of 2-1. But in the end, according to the sum of victories, our team took an honorable eighth place.
Squash is a traditional English sport. The game originated in the 19th century in a closed London school for boys, Harrow. While playing rackets, students had to wait a long time for their turn to enter the court, and out of boredom they came up with the idea of stuffing softer balls against the walls. And so squash was born.
The essence of the game is to alternately exchange blows with rackets on the ball so that the opponent makes a mistake or fails to hit the ball from the wall.
Our school adopts the best British traditions. We always try to support events and celebrations related to English culture.
