Halloween at the BIS

On the 31st of October, we had a Halloween celebration at the secondary school. The students of the National Honor Society, a student association at our school that teaches children the principles of delegation, and teamwork, and leads charity activities oversaw the preparations for this magical day. Each member had important roles, like music, decorations, contests, organising a costume parade, and even showing the films filmed and edited by the students themselves!

On Friday, 3 November, primary classes prepared fancy costumes of witches, pirates, princesses, and superheroes and gathered to dance and have fun. We also held themed contests with stations for the children with the reward being, of course, sweets! Our teachers decided to keep up with the students and dressed in colourful costumes.

We believe that learning should be fun and enjoyable. That is why such vibrant holidays as Halloween bring magic to the school day! For us, this holiday is not just an occasion to dress up in costumes and have fun - it is, above all, an opportunity to immerse ourselves in cultures around the world and broaden our horizons.
