The British International School has a beloved longstanding tradition of celebrating International Week every year.
This year's international celebrations will last for the whole week with each day thematically linked to a continent or a country in which students will be able to make their little trip around the world. The students will get the chance to taste different cuisines throughout the week with our International Week Menu, watch various films and cartoons from around the world and get involved in a series of masterclasses.
On Wednesday, October 12 School 5 visited School 3, involving students of the Russian and International Programmes. School 5 children gave a series of masterclasses and told about their culture and national Russian cuisine to children at School 3. From making dream catchers to decorating and painting eggs, some students even cooked a Russian traditional dish together.
International Week is an integral part of extracurricular activities. We would like to show what kind of atmosphere this event creates, uniting the students of the British International School, across campuses, and immersing them in a truly international and multicultural environment.
