Motivational system of houses at school 5

At school 5, for Years 5-8, it is planned to hold team-building events in different directions: creative events, sports and intellectual competitions, for participation in which children will be divided into “houses”. The magic hat distributed the children into the following houses: Rose, Shamrock, Thistle, Daffodil. Children of different ages gather under the roof of one “house”. They work in cooperation: the elders become an example for the younger ones and support them, and the younger ones feel protected by older students who are motivators and mentors for them. The system of "houses" develops the best qualities: team spirit, cohesion, kindness, care, solidarity - feelings that allow you to maintain friendly ties for many years. Teamwork manifests itself in many ways, such as the creation of a scarf design project that symbolizes each home. Each “house” has its own name, logo, color, paraphernalia and a mentor in the person of an English teacher, whose duty will be to maintain a special atmosphere in the community. We are also working on a similar project at school 3, which will allow us to organize joint interschool events and competitions in the future.
