Last week school №1 hosted a whole series of master classes and experiments for the pupils as part of thу Science Day. The children had a great day, studied under the guidance of teachers from other classes and completed a variety of interactive, scientific tasks.
Let’s have a look at what the children did during these science sessions. In the Reception class, they made a camera obscura. It's always so exciting to see the world around you in a new way. In Year 1, the pupils mixed and conducted an experiment to get a gaseous substance. This led to incredible effects and chemical reactions. And in Year 2, the children studied force as a physical quantity, gravity and air resistance and made their own helicopters.
