School 3’s Year 10 visited an unusual place in Moscow - cultural space GES-2
GES-2 does not look like a museum. It is a building of the future, inspired by style and modern minimalism. The construction combines exhibition halls, a library, a cinema and a concert hall, workshops, and a bookstore.
According to the concept, the GES-2 bookstore is similar to another exhibition: not a single item appears in the store by chance. All items (other than books) are selected jointly with the exhibition curators.
When visiting interesting places, students keep a diary where they record interesting observations. We would like to share their impressions.
“Most of all we liked the bookstore. The book section includes popular and specialized literature, art books and albums, but we also found a fascinating collection of interesting comics. It's completely free for visitors,” - Jiayi Tang, Year 10
